Tort reformers have been turning up all over the internet recently. We took the liberty of rounding up some of the standouts. You may recognize a few friends of Project Lawsuit Abuse in there. Here are some of the newsmakers from around the country:

• 2012 – A Legal Reform Wish List

A few items that would help improve California’s business climate, attract more investment and spur job creation. • Here’s hoping for legal reform in W.Va.
The new year brings with it another legislative session, and as state lawmakers begin to deal with a variety of issues facing our state, creating jobs and reducing unemployment will likely dominate the discussion. A recent survey by West Virginia Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse shows that jobs and the economy are the most important issues for West Virginia voters, with 94 percent saying that is "very" important to them as a voter. - Charleston Daily News
